Stop the Bleed Training

The "Stop the Bleed" program is designed to educate participants on how to recognize and respond to life-threatening bleeding situations. Through hands-on training sessions led by experienced firefighter/paramedics, attendees will learn essential techniques such as applying pressure, packing wounds, and correctly using tourniquets to control bleeding until professional help arrives.

Stop the Bleed is taught at Bartlett Fire Protection District Fire Station #1.  For more information or to register for the next available session, please email Stop the Bleed coordinator Firefighter Robert Whitt at  or call 630-837-3701.
